Beautiful Eggs!
These are beautiful eggs!!! They slide in very easily. I almost got the second one stuck from my own over-eagerness, it only took a little bit to get it back out. They are just heavy enough to come out on their own without strings, but light enough to stay in when you need them to. Easy maintenance.

What excersize
My wife had used some smaller balls and didnt seem to get much in the way of results. But we both have notice a increase in her muscle control after just a couple sessions with these eggs. great idea
these create more of a challenge to hold in. which is good because it trains more muscles.they also have more weight than just regular round balls that are usually used for this excersise
