Returns are sometimes necessary for all kinds of reasons. To make the process as simple as possible, you can return any item sold on our site (unless otherwise noted in product descriptions) for any reason within the first 90 days for replacement or refund. Adam & Eve labeled products come with a 5-year warranty and can be replaced for up to 5 years. Non Adam & Eve labeled products bought on our site can be replaced for up to 2-years with the original item, or if unavailable, substitute a similar item. It’s all part of our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and our ongoing efforts to provide you with the best customer service possible.

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for return postage. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. Return shipment is at your expense. Also, we do not refund original shipping and handling charges.


How To Return An Item

For your convenience, we’ve streamlined the returns process to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Print and fill out the Return Request Form to allow us to process your return faster and more efficiently.
  2. Pack your items securely and include your completed return form.
  3. Depending on your shipping carrier, use one of the corresponding addresses below:

What if I don't have a printer? Just provide the the following information on a piece of paper and include it in your package:

  1. Your full Name and Address
  2. The items(s) you are returning.
  3. The email address used on the order.
  4. Reason for the return and what you are requesting. If you would like a refund, simply write "Refund". If you would like a different item, please provide the item description as well as the item number if available.

What Happens Next?

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed and you'll receive an email confirmation once the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
