Hold the power button at the bottom of the retrieval cord for 3 seconds to turn it on. Quick press the power button to cycle through all 10 vibration modes. The included remote works the same way. The rechargeable vibrator can run up to 45 minutes. The rechargeable remote can run up to 10 hours.

When you’ve reached your daily ‘gasm limit, hold the power button on the vibrator and the remote for 3 seconds to turn them both off. Spray the trainer with sex toy cleaner and wipe it down with a damp cloth. Dry it carefully before attaching the included magnetic USB cord to the charging contacts at the bottom of the retrieval cord and the back of the remote. It takes the trainer up to 2 hours to fully recharge. The remote only takes 1 hour. Afterward, store the trainer and remote in the included storage bag until next time.
