The Active Harness comes with an O ring built in the crotch so you can wear your favorite strap-on dildo. Just slide the dildo through the O ring and then slip on the shorts – it’s that simple! There are no annoying and complicated straps to adjust. And you never have to worry about the harness slipping out of place or coming lose during sex.

The harness is soft and stretchy to the touch for a comfortably relaxing fit. You could easily wear the strap-on harness all day just like regular underwear. The elastic fit helps hold your strap-on dildo in place. It also provides support for greater range of motion so you can try a wide variety of positions.

The Active Harness with O Ring is made from cotton and spandex. It is machine washable for easy care. The O-Ring measures 1.5 inches wide. It stretches easily so it can fit most realistic dildos.

M/L - Waistband measures 13 inches in diameter, unscretched. Legs of shorts are 9.5 inches in length, unstretched. Fits up to 35 inch waist.

L/XL - Waistband measures 15 inches in diameter, unstretched. Legs of shorts are 10 inches in length, unstretched. O-ring is 1.5 inches in diameter, unstretched.

2X - Waistband measures 18 inches in diameter, unscretched. Legs of shorts are 12.5 inches in length, unstretched. Fits 35 to 42 inch waist.

3X - Waistband measures 20 inches in diameter, unscretched. Legs of shorts are 13 inches in length, unstretched. Fits 39 to 46 inch waist.

I’m at size 38 in men. So buying a M/L I felt doubtful at first but it honestly fits very well. Not too tight and not loose either. If you’re bigger than 38, i’d recommend getting a L/XL instead.
