The only gripe I have is the long process of cleaning after, I wish it was easier to clean without having to stress stretch the plastic. There were no operational directions in the box with the tool so it was a little challenging, figuring out how to get it all working I called actually I emailed tech-support and they were no help. They just put in the advertisement words which is great, but that doesn’t tell me how to actually operate it. I’d say it’s a 3 1/2 star because of that. I think I would choose a different tool next time.
