I am not sure what to say... We got the 1st one in the mail and it was torn and the batteries did not work. We contacted the company and they sent us another one very quickly... We got the 2nd one and again it was torn but the batteries did work.... So we decided that it needed to be used even though it was torn... I LOVE THIS THING!!!! AMAZING!!!
