The soft top is nice and the ribs feel good. But they are hard to clean.  Also, who cares about a suction?  The width of the base was uncomfortable on the cheeks.  If they weren't worried about suction, they could've run the cord through the bottom, which would be better.  the plug should be available in a smaller and larger size.  the shaft b/w the base and tapered edge could be a little longer....maybe.  Enjoyed it but I'm looking for an enemies toothbrush to clean it.
