Booklet included recommends a 2.5 hour charge which gives you 2 solid hours of playtime. I don't honestly know if playing with higher intensities will drain the battery faster. I've only done F1-I4. (function 1, intensity 4). This beauty I'm sorry to say is not tub or shower safe and it is bad to get even it's accidentally water in the charging port so that's that.
