I used this with a girl friend we are very different sizes and it fit us both very well. It takes a second to get it on and everything into proper position but we found it pretty self explanatory. The vibrations are super powerful she could only handle the medium setting and it held up well to rough play. The harness does seem to come loose, especially if you like to hit hard and be rough, but that can easily be remedied by a couple of knots here and there.
