For the price this pump works great. The silicone sleeve feels really good and fits snugly. However A&E's replacement sleeves are extremely cheap and unreliable. I wish the replacements were the same as the originals. You do wear the sleeves out after time (they split). Also, DO NOT leave this on for more than 40 min. maximum, you can damage your penis. After pumping when you take it off, it'...s like your grabbing someone else's love muscle, because yours is so long and fat!!! Do not purchase this thinking it will permanently make your schwans bigger--it won't, but the short term effect is far-out!! Read more
