It has more motions and vibrations than I expected. It is also larger than I expected. You also need Lube for sure. For some reason I kept accidentally hitting the power button on it but I really can't come up with a better place to put it so it's just something you have to get used to. The power plug basically has a piece of rubber over it so you just have to look for a mark and push on it and it... will slide in, sort of like the way you use the massager, lol. I've been into prostate play for a while now and am very experienced. This toy has the right size, shape and movement, but man, I wish there were one additional, faster speed setting for the wiggling of the tip and additional vibration intensities for the entire thing. If this vibrated harder and wiggled faster, it would be ideal. For people much newer to prostate play, this might actually be perf...ect. For me, I actually use it as a "warmup" for about 10 minutes to stimulate me inside, and then remove it and quickly switch to a more intense prostate vibrator that either gives me a full-blown prostate orgasm, or helps me have a really intense regular orgasm. So I guess I use this toy for foreplay on myself, and it's very good for that, but I can't see it giving experienced prostate players a full-on prostate orgasm.
