This product is better than expected. I am on the low end of average, both length and girth, but this sleeve fit great once trimmed a half inch. We have tried it 3 times in a week. I was very hesitant to buy this as I was not sure how it would fit and if it would stay on. I trimmed it just a bit and rolled it on like a condom. It fit nice and snug on my erection. This extension will fit larger men, I scoured the reviews for info regarding the fit for larger men and didn't find too much to help me with my decision to purchase this. So here is my contribution to those seeking a bit more info for those a bit above average in penis size. My other half is 8-9 inches and proportionally correct in thickness. It fit well and required no cutting to make the product fit his length nor was it to short for him either, which was a concern because I didn't want it to stop 1/2 down his shaft. Watch the (his) hair while putting it on, & apply lube to JUST the tip of his penis, or it may slip off if you apply lube everywhere. At 1st he thought he may be able to orgasm in it, but afterwards said that he probably couldn't. He said the way they designed the end where the head of his penis goes inside could have been designed better, it's hard inside and abruptly stopped at the end of the interior, but nothing that made it a game ender for us. The last 2", 2 1/2" is very hard on the extention (yes -make sure you get the head directly up against it on the inside or it'll bend worse than it normally will while trying to cram something so big into your sweetheart!)
