Works really well but it will take some practice to figure out how much strength from suctioning you need. If you squeeze the bulb too hard it will pull stronger than is comfortable. If you squeeze too softly they wont stay on nor will it be as pleasurable. Once you find the right amount its great. If you like suction popping where you suction then pull it off this is for you. If you like suct...ion strength and leaving it as is this is for you. One thing to be aware is nipple coloration will be different upon removing. You might have some bruising depending on how you use it. Typically returns to normal after a several minutes.
