Pros: This is a very versatile product. There are multiple sizes for the spreader and is is really light. The cuffs are nice as well. My wife felt really comfortable in the cuffs. Cons: The chains on the cuffs are a little loud and there needs to be a learning curve on how to use the spreader for ultimate satisfaction.
