The product description did not mention the output end of the nozzle has 4 side-facing spouts (rather than a single "up" jet); this really to make a big difference in cleaning up back-there.

Great product. The top is screwed onto the bottom so there aren’t a lot is spills when squeezing the douche. Easy to use on your own you don’t need someone else to help. And the shape of the top makes it easier to insert than any of the other douches.

This product is very easy to use and insert. I find that using water is helpful in insertion and to close the lid, you have to screw it on so it doesn’t pop off while using. The material is smooth and rubber-like Malone it very durable. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a lasting product.
