Make Anal Play Amazing in 5 Easy Steps

Anal play goes more smoothly when you follow a few commonly-guided steps: clean up and relax, use plenty of lube since the anus doesn't self-lubricate, start with a finger or a small, flared-base toy, and size up only once that feels easy. Water-based lube is the safest choice with silicone toys, since silicone or oil-based formulas can break down silicone material over time. Douching beforehand is optional, not required, and if you do rinse, plain water used sparingly works best. Stopping is always fine the moment anything stops feeling good.
