I've used this before, but never tried itin different flavors. Nice new concept, but if you're trying to use it discreetly I suggest you find the non flavored kind.

I was a bit disappointed at first but decided to use a bit more and then after about 30 minutes or so it seemed to kick in. Once it started working though it seemed to last all day.
