This product does help. Works best to put it on him 5-10 min prior to sex then wipe off otherwise everyone goes numb.

i was really excited when i first got it, but after trying it it didn't work. it didnt keep my husband hard at all. however, it is an ok lube for sex but it does not keep you hard like it said it would...
