TOP GAUGE PUMP

Aside from terrible handling by UPS and packaging the contents arrived safely. I recommend Adam & Eve brand Lube along with this pump. The lube is necessary so that you slide into the chamber easily which helps create a seal necessary for good vacuum. The Top Gauge pump is of good quality however, measure your erect johnson carefully prior to purchasing this pump. If you are measuring 5 1/2 erect inches today this pump is not for you, as the chamber's total length is 7 1/2 inches. It might seem like 2" is enough, but, note that the chamber loses about 1/4" at the top and once the vacuum is applied it digs itself into your pubic area and you lose about 3/4" or so... so in reality you really only have about 1"of space for expansion... again 5.5" erect or larger, this is NOT the pump for you... less than 5.5" perfect pump. The vacuum on this pump is excellent. At about -5HG on the gauge it feels very comfortable and your johnson is expanded nicely... bump it up to -7HG and the expansion is greater however there might be an uncomfortable tug on johnnyboy, however at the -7HG reading my johnson had the best results, good size increase in lenght and girth... and when not erect my johnson looked sexy... bump it up to -10HG and you will max out but it will be painful. If you like pain -10HG is for you... anything over -10HG might cause permanent damage, such as erectile dysfunction (NO HARD ONS) and it will bruise you... so, like the instructions say... use it as a novelty, you should not experience any pain... just an expansion of your johnny boy... One more thing... keep your sessions to 30 minutes, using the 5/1 system, 5 minutes of vacuum and 1 minute of rest at a COMFORTABLE reading of -7HG or less for no more than 30 minutes every other day... We are trying to grow a c o c k, not kill the chicken.... Have Fun!

carefull now

great in quality, but be carefull to not suck in a nut or too. been using for about 2 months and even though it says its novelty i have seen about 3/4 inch length and noticable thickness. it does di into your stomach area and can bruise your sack. ive gone to 15 but dont recomend. would be nice if it came with detailed instructions. hose can be fixed with clamps at the depot. if you want results then warm up. stretch and pull befor you start. i take a hot shower after to keep blood flowing.

Great pump

This is my first pump. Very strong suction, probably more than anyone would need or want. Good quaility except for the hose. Because it's so stiff, it's hard to keep it attached to the cylinder. I bought a more flexiable hose and works great!

Watch the nuts!

So I've been using this thing for 2 weeks now and I'm amazed how strong the suction is. They tell you not to go over 12 psi, but I can barely handle 10! Then when you're pumping it up, have SA (situational awareness) on the location of "the boys". One of mine got sucked up into the chamber and I didn't realize it until I was in pain trying to get him out! I wish the handle wasn't made out of plastic, but be very gentle with it and you'll be fine.

does work good acept the tube falls off all the time i replaced mine.boy they really got cheap on the tube,watch the nutts they can get hurt.research online if you are going to use one of these because you can hurt urself

Here are some things to consider

This is my 1st pump. I thought 7 ½ inches would be enough …until my wife showed me that I was 7 ¼ to begin with. Who knew? The suction is good, but as I read I with previous remarks the tube does pop off easily. I bought 2 hose clamps and they have worked very well. Lube is a must! I have even used coco butter. It does a nice job and it does not get sticky and dry like many lubes …and it is easy to clean. I also purchased 3/8” rubber gaskets (from Home Depot) to use as a barrier between the pump and my stomach. It also has increased the length of the tube. My goal is to get over 8 inches in there.
I’ve only been using it for about 2 weeks. It makes me swell, but it doesn’t stay that way afterwards. Does anyone know how to help with this issue?

THE BEST PUMP I'VE USED

This is my third pump and is really great. Suction is powerful
but must be careful not using too much pressure (I use between
13 and 11) for ten min. and is a must to warm up your penis
before and after using the pump at least 5 min. The hose falls
off easily and is too stiff, fortunately I had a soft clear hose
at hand and change it inmedetely. Using this pump in combination
with jelqing is the utmost.

Hose pops right back on ... but know your size!

This is my first purchase of any male toy besides a ring. First impressions are that this is a quality product. However, I can see where some raters note that the quality of the handle is questionable. The Hose does pop off and the tube is stiff, but the product still works well. The color is a negative as it impairs your ability to see. Overall it does appear to be a quality product
As a side note, if you are new to purchasing this type of item - as I was, its worth determining if you need a different size before you spend the money. Not the worst complaint in the world, but I was surprised to see that I instantly filled the tube width-wise in some spots and received a bruise on the tip where the top blocked the suction hole.
Anyways, it still is working well after a month.

This was bought as a bday gift for my boyfriend. He loved the feel the very first time trying it. He loves the intensity of the strength of the pump. The hose pops off easily and is very stiff causing some agravation.

Pump has what it takes

I received this pump about a week ago and was pleased to see that it was a "Quality Item". It does indeed have a tremendous amount of suction power, and it does not take very long to achieve the result that you desire. The only downside to this pump is that the tubing that connects the hand pump to the cylinder tends to come off, causing an immediate loss of suction. The tubing tends to come off at both ends. I recommend this pump but I would suggest that you invest a dollar or so and purchase a foot or so of tubing from your local hardware store. The tubing supplied with the unit is very heavy duty, but it is far to rigid, causing it to detach from the pump!
