TOP GAUGE PUMP

Aside from terrible handling by UPS and packaging the contents arrived safely. I recommend Adam & Eve brand Lube along with this pump. The lube is necessary so that you slide into the chamber easily which helps create a seal necessary for good vacuum. The Top Gauge pump is of good quality however, measure your erect johnson carefully prior to purchasing this pump. If you are measuring 5 1/2 erect inches today this pump is not for you, as the chamber's total length is 7 1/2 inches. It might seem like 2" is enough, but, note that the chamber loses about 1/4" at the top and once the vacuum is applied it digs itself into your pubic area and you lose about 3/4" or so... so in reality you really only have about 1"of space for expansion... again 5.5" erect or larger, this is NOT the pump for you... less than 5.5" perfect pump. The vacuum on this pump is excellent. At about -5HG on the gauge it feels very comfortable and your johnson is expanded nicely... bump it up to -7HG and the expansion is greater however there might be an uncomfortable tug on johnnyboy, however at the -7HG reading my johnson had the best results, good size increase in lenght and girth... and when not erect my johnson looked sexy... bump it up to -10HG and you will max out but it will be painful. If you like pain -10HG is for you... anything over -10HG might cause permanent damage, such as erectile dysfunction (NO HARD ONS) and it will bruise you... so, like the instructions say... use it as a novelty, you should not experience any pain... just an expansion of your johnny boy... One more thing... keep your sessions to 30 minutes, using the 5/1 system, 5 minutes of vacuum and 1 minute of rest at a COMFORTABLE reading of -7HG or less for no more than 30 minutes every other day... We are trying to grow a c o c k, not kill the chicken.... Have Fun!

carefull now

great in quality, but be carefull to not suck in a nut or too. been using for about 2 months and even though it says its novelty i have seen about 3/4 inch length and noticable thickness. it does di into your stomach area and can bruise your sack. ive gone to 15 but dont recomend. would be nice if it came with detailed instructions. hose can be fixed with clamps at the depot. if you want results then warm up. stretch and pull befor you start. i take a hot shower after to keep blood flowing.

Holy Suction Batman

Spend the extra $$$ to get this pump. High quality Vacuum Pump is VERY strong and powerful.
Instructions say no more than 12-15hg of vacuum, I can barely get to 8 it is so strong.
Instructions also recommend trimming or shaving for better results, they are absolutely
100% correct. Tried it normal and worked ok, leaked some pressure. Trimmed down quite a bit
and holy crap, it will suck your pelvis in @ 8-10hg of vacuum. BIG DIFFERENCE.
This pump is very powerful and I would recommend it to anyone.
FYI: It has a very nice and quick pressure relief setup.

This is the first pump I have bought and was not disapointed. The pump is quight strong. Stronger then I want to go even. And here is a helpful tip it is 7.5 inch long with a 2.5 inch diamater. The problems I have had with it is that the head of my penis had swelled one time to the piont of closing off the rest of the cylinder. My wife liked the sex after that session quiete well though. The flare on the base could be a little bigger solving a little unconfterable presure there. The plastic is a good quility and it is fun to use.

The Right Tool

Well built with great suction. This is the third pump I have bought. I almost gave up on 'getting bigger' but this pump has increased lenght and width. The instructions for safe operation and the gauge are also a plus.

Great suction power, just not well built

This pump worked great! The first time I used it. However,I was disappointed with the cylinder being smoke gray.It is darker than the picture shown here, you can barely see inside. Ok I could have lived with the color.The second time I used it,the hose popped off the cylinder a couple times.It is a very hard plastic hose, so I had to hold the pistol grip just right while I pumped it to keep it from popping off. See the picture? Thats the shape the hose wants to stay in.I could have fixed the hose.The third time I used it,the rubber vacuum seal on the base tore loosing the seal just about the same time the pistol grip broke.I paid around eighty five buck and only used it three times. Do not waste your money.

A little erection help is sometimes in order and sometimes you just want to get off fast then this is a great product. The item is pricy but you can tell exactly why if you have ever purchase a cheaper pump. The gauge is added bonus!

Great pump

This is my first pump. Very strong suction, probably more than anyone would need or want. Good quaility except for the hose. Because it's so stiff, it's hard to keep it attached to the cylinder. I bought a more flexiable hose and works great!

This is by far one of the best pumps I have seen or used. The sleeve fits like a glove and the vacuum is very strong. it can be a little uncomfortable at first if you are not circumcized but you can get used to it. As far as the pumping mechanism, it works great and it is low in maintenance, just add a small amount of 3 in 1 oil to the pump to keep the piston sealed.
Here I have posted a few pointers to help you through the process of gaining size. First of all I have found that if done on a regular schedule such as a work out plan, you can gain more size. I was only worried about lengthening my penis while it was flacid. So far after about one month working on a 3 day cycle I have gained one inch in unerected length. I think it is an excellent product and I recommend it.

Watch the nuts!

So I've been using this thing for 2 weeks now and I'm amazed how strong the suction is. They tell you not to go over 12 psi, but I can barely handle 10! Then when you're pumping it up, have SA (situational awareness) on the location of "the boys". One of mine got sucked up into the chamber and I didn't realize it until I was in pain trying to get him out! I wish the handle wasn't made out of plastic, but be very gentle with it and you'll be fine.
