This is usually a great product but I recently bought a new one and I was disappointed the vibration don’t work the packaging was very bad it’s box was broken the main thing is how could something new be broken

Harness is as cheap as they come,not worth having.
The vibration on it did not work. Returned it. Waiting on refund
We installed brand new batteries and light comes on but does not vibrate. We like it but purchased this because it vibrates.
Dead on arrival, put fresh batteries in controller, turned controller on, it lite up but no vibration, tried both plugs, nothing! Just more China made CR-P!!!
The wired being attached to the dong really makes it for an uncomfortable time when it should actually be pleasurable. This is a horrible concept and design and I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this product but instead spend your money on a WIRELESS toy.
Once I got used to the size, loved it. Loved everything about it. But then.... the vibration quit working. Maybe im too rough, but this was a disappointment after only having it a few weeks.
