the top nozzle sprays in 4 directions outwards and up at the tip. makes for low pressure and for an anal douche sometimes the holes get a lil clogged. not terrible for the price but you may want to consider a different model

I like the size and nozzle pattern I don’t like the fact that there’s not a one way valve. You have to squeeze and then pull out or you’ll suck it all back up. That’s a gross thing. Overall the bag size is adequate. The nozzle is super smooth and feels good going in.
