I bought the 'Large' size and was surprised when it was smaller than the Red Devil plug. But it makes a nice starting point, can change to a larger one somewhere along the way. There is a front and a back to the plug, narrow end goes toward the back. Cleaning is easy, soap hot water, then alcohol. I haven't noticed any odor that another poster complained of. Easy to remove when done.

Pros: It is not too big for me and anything around 1 1/2" diameter is 'stretching' it. Overall it does what it was designed to do. Cons: The base could be stiffer for more feeling on the outside.

I bought the larger one. All in all, it's pretty good, although for me, it can be a bit large some times. One thing to keep in mind is the material seems to dry out rather quickly, so you have to keep it lubricated. It may require soaking after you clean it to get rid of any smell. I saw other reviews that said the small size was too small and to get the large size. I looked at the measurements and figured since I was looking for something a little bigger than my 2 fingers that the size large would work. I was wrong and should have got the small size. No fault of the product which is smooth silicone and a nice shape. I wish both ends of the flared base were narrow as I feel ...like the wide end may get in the way if wearing during sex. Got the large size. Good material, seems durable. The flange at the base should probably be longer. As it is, the curved end pokes awkwardly into my tailbone. Seems to cause loss of circulation in the area after about 20 minutes. Not a good all-day plug.
