I've only used this a couple times, but so far it's great. The material feels great, and it's a great mix of flexible and firm. The ring isn't very stretchy and I'm curious how it will hold up over time. The connection between the ring and the stem seems a little thin, but hasn't had any issues so far. The ring does fit nicely over both my penis and testicles, and doesn't pinch or slip off but ...also isn't too tight. The stem isn't irritating. I reviewed this a while back - not long after I got it. I love it and still would but it broke. The strap between the ring and plug broke right at the ring (thanks be...). I don't dare try to insert it without a 'sure thing' to pull it back out even though the connector is probably long enough to still hang out. I stand by my earlier review that it's a great toy but tough to insert when it's 'sl...icked up for entry' because you don't have anything to hold onto to push it in. But I loved the 'tug of war' between the plug and ring when I was jerking with it. The wife still wouldn't/couldn't insert it - but she's not as into butt-play like I am. I still use the ring to keep all of my junk up-and-ready and like it. For those who claim to have problems with the connecting strap 'pushing their balls aside,' or 'tight against their balls,' or too short - you're not using it right. Put the ring at the very base - pull your balls through it - and the connector is just about right. Oh, and as I said in the first review, it helps to put the ring on then the plug in; otherwise you have a hard time bending yourself to slip the ring over everything else. I never tried using it for more than 'a session,' from the time I decided I was going to use it until I got off. If I still had it I'd try it for an hour or three, or while I 'went out' for a bit just to see. I bought this to use on myself, and get my wife to use on me. It was a great purchase. I used it just this morning to help get rid of a bit of wood.
