Let me get right to it, this stuff works. I don't know how it works, my wife & I just know that it works and that's all that matters. I'll be straight up honest & tell you the reason that I bought this stuff is because I wanted to have the ability to "continue going" when things got the hottest & when my wife wanted me to push her over the edge. About 1/4 to 1/2 of the time I could do that and... the other half I'd flame out like a lot of you guys that are reading this review now. First off, like many before me have mentioned, the size of the container is super small. Like a nickel. Secondly, the directions are very simple, but listen to every poorly written sentence that the Chinese have written on those directions. If you follow those directions perfectly, then you'll have perfect results. If you don't follow those directions like I did the first time or two that I used the product, then you'll be like me and end up not being able to get off at all. The directions tell you to put a TINY dab, (I put half of a rice kernel... if that), right below the front of your penis head. Listen to this word, TINY! And only put it under the front of the penis head, don't put it on the sides or back or anywhere on the penis head or shaft, just that tiny area below where your head meets the shaft. THAT'S IT! Putting it in additional areas will shut you out for the night... and nobody wants that. I thought that I'd need some extra help the first time or two I used it, so I put it on the sides of my head and that was a very bad idea. Dunzo for the night. Again, no one wants that. The only modification that I made to the directions is the fact that I only put it on 2 times, rather than 3. I've found that over time 2 applications a couple of hours before "the party" will do the job perfectly for me. Thirdly, people are worried that this desensitizes your penis. Honestly, in a way it does... but it doesn't. It's hard to explain until you really try it, but the area just below the "front of the helmet" of the penis head is more or less the clit for a man and the trigger for his orgasm. By putting Tong Balm ONLY in that area, it gives you the ability of telling your penis when to pull the trigger on your orgasm, rather than it forcing you to have a premature orgasm before your partner has gotten off. And I would say that it actually did increase my overall orgasm feeling because of a couple reasons. 1. I lasted a lot longer so I'm sure I built up a lot more tenstion & semen during the longer sex encounter that we had. 2.
