The inside feels great and the teeth gave it a nice contrast in stimulation (it does take a minute to learn how to manipulate and maneuver the teeth). However, it takes a long time to dry the inner parts because it closes up, you'll probably want to buy toy cleaner (or wash with warm soapy water) to kill the bacteria that will grow after use
