ok look. Maybe I was overzealous in buying this. It was literally my second dildo. And I'm a guy so my arse now hates me. Some points to note: -rigid af thanks to internal machinery, so deepthroating is halfway impossible -the 'ejaculation' is not that realistic, it endeavours to shoot any liquid in the reservoir out at sonic speeds -the prep process for this thing included other dildos, and ev...en then it took me like 3 minutes to get the head in w/o pain -the vibration function is absolutely the saving grace though. tried everyhting - dead, dead, dead. A&E seemed like they had a real easy method to handle issues like this - ie dead on arrival defective products. I found a link in recently ordered products and filled it out and it indicted i would hear back within 4 to 6 hours and ... nothing - still waiting. that link is gone now and my recourse is to send item back and wait for them to handle my claim. n...ot happy. not a good way to handle DOA items where customer just want a replacement of the exact item.
