Great Support
I never had an issue with it loosing air during use. Over a long period of time it would loose some air but it wasn't bad. It was WONDERFUL to have as support for sex during pregnancy! I also gave one as a gift to a friend who used it to keep her hips elevated after intercourse to help with conception.

Not too firm

one time use
It works good but you have to blow it up everytime you want to use it. The air also comes out while using it. If you don't mind blowing it up its a good choice.
