I am 5ft 3in and weigh 145lbs, I bought M and they fit perfect. I bought these to wear throughout my day. It's a nice surprise when he figures out I'm wearing them. These are real cute, but the split is quiet long which can use some readjusting through out the day. The lace is very sexy and does make them look nicer. After washing, you do have to carefully straighten the lace up back out.
