Initially bought this as a way to help with some post-partum PT. Not the sexiest use by any means, but it did the job. Then my husband and I actually used it for it's intended purpose and WOW. Using this in foreplay has led to some pretty phenomenal orgasms. It's not what I was I was expecting, but I'm happy with it nonetheless! It's a good size for me, as I've never had a toy before, and the intensity is good without being overwhelming. Noise hasn't been an issue for me, though as one could expect it gets louder one the higher settings. I'd also suggest using with lube.
