Ok, first, let me say I like this item. As the other reviewer said, the material transfers vibrations well. The material is simple to figure out. I am pleased with the toy. There are a few things that could make this toy even better. First, I believe the two rings (which are NOT connected) should be one whole piece. This would transfer the vibrations better because it would be all one long piece of rubber. Second, I DISLIKE the "band" that connects the two rings and the vibe loop. It SEEMS flimsy and could break easily. I haven't had it long so I can't speak for longevity Overall, I enjoy it and would easily use it again, I just feel that some minor imporvements would make it that much better. As a guy, it's REALLY hard to find a good toy to use since the market seems to be repetitive with slight variations. All in all, a decent toy and I'd use it again :)

The rings are a little small, and I agree with another statement that then could be one looped ring that could be tightened a either end. Nut I heartily encourage men and couples to try this product.
