The best feature is the one-way valve that allows the bulb to re-expand without pulling water back out of your a-s. Another good feature is how the water flows out of the side of the stem instead of the end, which helps me stay clean. One criticism: the threaded connection to the stem is made of the same pliable material as the bulb, and can be pushed out of shape. Arrived in crumpled box. Works well as a douche but does not contain a one way valve. That, or it does not work well at all. Better off buying a cheaper one and getting the same results.
