The downside of the glass version is that they do not have the inside weight for stimulation. If you are looking for stimulation as your primary reason for purchase, consider another type. If you just want them for strenghtening, I would still reccomend them over the metal version. Ben wa balls are not for the shy girl. Until you have used them awhile, you may have a tough time getting the second one out. If you are shy and want to try them, consider the ones with the retreval string.
