Nothing 'triple' about it, just the one up the butt plus one that sort of 'is there' at the perineum. It looks difficult, but imagine what a finger looks like -- it's the correct shape to get the prostate. I replaced the "A & E 3 Point Prostate Massager", which felt like a voluptuous skewer, with this one, and I'm much more satisfied with the shorter length and overall feel of the shape. An im...portant point is that the nub that goes in the butt is barely flexible, which is a much-needed firmness. The nub at the taint is much more wiggly, like a tiny silicone dildo. I would have liked more firmness at this end as well; If both nubs were firm, I imagine rocking it back and forth would be more pleasurable than as-is. The one true con: There is no indication of the angle to insert the charger. It took a bit of trial and error. There is also what feels like two deepness levels of the charging point. The charging probe should have only a little bit of shiny metal showing; if it is only halfway in, keep pushing. Vibration is as expected, and intensity is at the anal nub.
