Why am I getting a message that says "We already applied a source code to your order"?
Many coupons cannot be combined with another offer. If you haven't applied a coupon but are receiving this message you can try clear your browser cookies. You can also contact Customer Service for assistance.
Why isn't the discount being applied?
You may already have a coupon that has been applied. See "Why am I getting a message that says 'We already applied a source code to your order'?"
Some coupons require a certain threshold to be met before the discount will appear on your order (e.g. Coupon requires a $17 minimum or a second item must be added before a discount on a second item will appear). Some coupon codes are only good when used with certain products or product categories (e.g. must purchase a vibrator to receive the free lube). Make sure the items (and order total) meet the coupon requirements.
I've found a different coupon code that I want to apply, how do I remove/override the current code?
We do not currently offer this feature. You can clear your browser cookies and re-enter the desired coupon. Keep in mind this will also empty your cart. You can also contact Customer Service for assistance.
Why isn't the full discount being applied?
Due to manufacturer and/or vendor restrictions, some items can only allow a certain percentage of discount. When applying a discount to an item, the discount taken will only reflect up to the allowed amount.
