Waterbased lubes are good as long as you have a spray bottle of water handy to slick it up. But all in all it is good. Any lube is better than no lube.

This is great lube. Some of the best I've used so far. It has a great consistency, and lasts a very long time. One application can work for an extended session, when we'd normally have to reapply lube a few times. It's great not to have that interruption.
