Pros: Comfortable fit. Accomodates a plus size woman quite comfortably. I wear a US size 22 and i still had plenty of room left over in this. Cons: The pocket on the inside that is made to hold a vibrator for shared pleasure is pretty small. Mine did not fit so that was my only disappointment with this unit that I was not able to use that along with it.
