I have been using the old style enema bag and while I felt clean, this high quality Shower Enema is the ticket? If I were to make a suggestion it would be to design a man shaped attachment too. But, it sure gets the job done, better, cleaner than I have ever felt before.

If you want to get really clean this is the one for you. Like others have said you will need to adjust the water pressure gradually because this thing shoots a lot of water. This is now part of my daily shower routine.
