Suction feeling is certainly real. The opening is very small and that really helped with the sensation. The squishy texture inside & out adds to effect. As I suspected, at almost 6.5 inches long, it’s too long for smaller men though. I’m exactly four inches in length and four inches around. Even at less than average width, I still feel a good pleasure with it’s suction effect. When I’m inside i...t, squeezing and stroking, the extra two and a half inches on top flap back and forth rapidly and with a loud slapping sound. This takes my mind off my focus to shoot/get off. I think I'm average sized. I like to go deep. It felt great popping my head through the tighter end and there was a slight suction at the base when I pushed all the way down & back. The material feels great, but you do need a lot of lube(kinda messy). The real problem is, after 3 uses the thing is coming apart. It's nice, great feeling but I was given a free one with purchase. Completely unaware, it was actually better regarding pressure, temperature, feel, and sound. If I didn't get that one I may have returned this one.

Feels really good if you use enough lube. I don't quite know where to grip it. I suppose I need practice in using it to its full potential. All in all a good product.
