A little small

It works great, but size does matter... I've tried the dollar bill measurement, not quite 6" around, but this is just too small. Too bad toys for me don't have the insight to make them in varying sizes and add that information to the sale lit... oh yeah and instructions would be nice as someone else pointed out...
I'd say this is great for someone with ~ 5 to 5 1/2" around. It does make you rock hard and last longer...

Not as great as I thought

It does what it says, but this things is tight. It was somewhat hard to put it on at first, till I figured out that you need a sufficient amount of lubrication. Other than that, it does what it say.

A little tight

Works as advertised.
A little small, as noted in previous reviews.
When worn for an extended time, becomes slightly uncomfortable.
Luckily, my wife has a dildo that is a little thicker than me, so i put it on that for storage and it seems to have helped stretch it out enough to be comfortable for me.
If you are anywhere above average in girth, this will certainly be too small for comfortable use, unless you stretch it out a bit.

It's definitely effective in prolonging your erection however, if you've got some girth it can be pretty tight ... a little lube helps get it on and off. During marathon sex I noticed you start to turn a shade of purple and have had to take it off a few times. We still like to use it once in a while ... she loves it when I combine it with a stroker.

MY HUSBAND AND I BOUGHT THIS FOR A LITTLE FUN, IT MADE HIM STAY HARD, BUT IT WAS NOT STRETCHY ENOUGH. NOT FOR A MAN WHO IS A LITTLE LARGER THAN A REGULAR MAN.
