If you are a thicker than average DO NOT buy this product. It may feel ok for the first minute or so but after that it becomes almost unbearably painful because it is too tight. I can see this product being amazing for someone with normal girth, but thicker men need to stay clear.

I got the pearl beaded ring because it was only $2 with my order and my husband and I had never tried one before. I can't say I was very impressed. I could feel it a little bit when I was on top but not enough to make a difference in the experience. My husband said it just felt tight and since he's never had a problem maintaining an erection we didn't notice a difference there either. He did not look very happy trying to get it off again afterwards either. I don't think he's interested in using it again. Don't waste the two bucks.
