These little guys do such an amazing job of making my wife's nipples rock hard. I never knew they could stand out so far (she has puffy nips), but these things have shown me the way.
As some of the other ladies have mentioned, they work great make-shift clit pumps. Heck, use them anywhere on the body, they're that much fun.

My nipples are too big for either size, but a little saliva makes my nipples feel sooooo good when I apply suction and leave the pumps to hang – pull on them, twist them, lift them – spectacular….

The only one I can use is the larger one & I have rather small nipples, but it works great! Wish more bands came with them or could be purchased separately & they were sold singly since I can only use 1.
