Pump doesnt work at all. The squeze pump for it is really poor. You squeze it once then have to wait 1 minute to do it again. hat penis vibrator thing is weird and doesnt stay on properly and its uselessl. Anal plug is good.

Bought it for my husband who is diabetic and can not get an erection. Using this device 15 minutes every other day, he was able to slowly get back an erection. Recommend for diabetics but not if you want to increase in size as most think it will but it does not. This product is not recommended for well hung men as my husband is. It was a very tight fit to put his tool in and the length of the tube is not long enough either. Gave it a 3 star because of this.

The pump itself works rather well. My fiance definitely enjoyed the improvement after just the first use! Nothing miraculous, but more than we expected after the first use. The sleeve does tend to come off rather often, but that is easily fixed if you are willing to use one of the rings to hold it in place. Also, they really should change the quick release hole to a quick release pump. That way you would be able to have one handed use which tends to help if you are using the other for a remote or computer. The rings work well for their intended use also. The vibrator sleeve feels AMAZING but it does not want to stay on and needs some different rhythms or settings to get you over the edge. The plug barely stays in and the vibrations do little to help unless you get it in the EXACT right place, but when you do.....WOW! This is definitely a good buy for beginners

This was my first pump. I was under the impression it would increase my size, however it did not. Then I thought it may be for getting an erection, you have to be hard FIRST to get yourself in it. Then I thought it was for pleasuring myself. I was disappointed, my own hand feels better. Not a waste of money, but not what I hoped for....

I have only been using the pump for about two weeks and so far I have noticed at least a half inch increase in my erections! It would be nice if the pump came with measurements on the side of it to accurately track my progress, but so far I am very pleased with the results. Also, if they had a release valve instead of just a hole to cover with your finger that would be nice. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

It's not German engineering, but this package offers an assortment of items for a variety of fun. The pump is great (wish is was transparent instead of translucent.) The plug is good but could be a little bigger. The sleeve is really not that great, but there are other uses for the egg, and the rings are great but will not last long. Over all, the product is worth it.
