Works well when you follow the directions. You have to put it on and keep it on for 5 minutes before, then you might want to rub off the excess so that she doesn't numb up as well! But works well. rub a little on your balls too, feels nice :)

This product is great for the numbing affect;however its not compatible for the oral please due to the horrible taste.
