do not buy this product. my ding dong was doing fine with a big smile on my face...until i put the lub on the tip of my ding dong..10 mins later it falls manny pacman knocked out ricky hatton..

Works great. use it under a condom, otherwise she gets numb too. All it really is is a fairly strong topical anesthetic. So it does make it numb. You still can feel the overall experience, but the ultra sensitivity is gone. Use it when things start getting close and it definately helps to make things last a good while longer.
