This stuff really works. Although I do think it takes a tad bit longer than 5 mins to kick in. And for the ladies-it does numb up your mouth for better oral play!

This product is something of a mixed bag, but I gave it a pretty high rating because it does work for me. To begin with, application is real easy with just a spray here and there and you're done. No lotion or gel so that's pretty easy. There's also not much of a wait for it to take effect either, only 5 min. which is nothing compared to some of the crap out there. The only real drawback is that my wife doesn't like to give me head after I've put it in. Somtimes she's complaining about the smell, sometimes about the taste. For straight sex though, this can't be beat.
