The first time my girl used it, I noticed a significant difference b/c we waited 30 min. instead of 15 like it says to. Other times, we would wait the same length, and it would not work as well. when we used this it did make things feel pillowy and created a ton more lube than usual, but it did not really tighten. I tried this twice already and it doesn't work. You have to put it on 15 minutes prior to sex...well I like foreplay.
