Works well BUT!
This cream gives an almost instant erection, hard and thick. But I would not use it on a woman as there is quite a burning sensation when using it. She may not be too happy with you because of the after effect.

This seem to work sometime, but mostly it just gets hot and makes a ok lube. Females complain that its too hot. It should cost less.

It did nothing
Since I'm no youngster anymore, I was hoping for this product to help me get really hard. The only thing it did was yield a cooling sensation. It did act as a lubricant, but that's all. My wife agreed that there was absolutely no difference in my erection. For me, it was a waste of money.
