Stays very lubricated, although sometimes a little too much. A little goes a long way. Make sure you clean it off good though.

Smooth.
Smooth is the best way to describe the item. There have been no problems with it getting sticky like other products. The bottle top is great and there is no chance of it spilling.

All purpose lube
I have tried Anal Eze, KY Jelley and lube, as well as numerous other samplers, but Astroglide is by far the best lube I've ever tried. My girlfriend loves it for both vaginal and anal sex. It lasts for a long time and isn't messy at all, although you will need to wash your hands to get it off.
