I have not used this during head yet, however, I did test it to see if it was tolerable. it is minty and does numb. for more numbing feeling, maybe one or two more squirts to the throat .

doesnt last
got it to try with my boyfriend first use it numbed my whole mouth and throat...catch it lasted for like a minute. doesnt work for what its intended for deep throating isnt a quick task.
